World’s Smallest Pump Skid…

On April 22, 2021, we received an urgent email from a customer requesting help. They needed to pump some fluid up a riser pipe to clear it before performing some work. They sent us drawings of the pipe and a drawing of the pump they were planning on using to complete the job. They requested to have the complete pump setup delivered to the heliport before 5 AM on April 23. We received the pump around 3 PM and got to work. We sourced materials and rigging to be able to make a “pump skid” to lower this pump ~ 75’ to 80’ down the riser pipe. Our crew at Cajun Cutters worked throughout the night designing, testing, and troubleshooting the pump system to ensure smooth operation once everything made it to the heliport. The job was completed by 2 AM on the 23rd and delivered to the heliport in time for the next helicopter to the platform.
